Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• Project cancellation before any work has started
• Failure to deliver as per agreed scope (determined after mutual review)
• Duplicate or accidental payment

2. Non-refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Work has been completed or partially delivered as per milestone
• Delay or dissatisfaction due to lack of communication or unclear scope from client side
• Third-party integrations fail beyond our control

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

• Email us at shubham.j@webdigital.in within 7 days of project start or issue detection
• Provide project details and reasons for refund

Refunds will be credited within 7-14 business days after internal verification.
